Andrew Jackson of Tennessee was born in Tennessee, he was a kidnapped by the British in the revolution and his brother died while on that point were captives. Andrew Jackson was a wide War hero who commanded his American troops to defeat the British army in the fight of 1812. Also established a constitution and formed republican government. The Cherokees didnt like being submitd from their land when they were more civilized than others. The Native Americans appea take their case to federal courts, John Marshalls peremptory lawcourt tried to help the Native Americans. In Worcester v. Georgia, the Court ruled that Georgias land seizure was unconstitutional. afterwards the court ruling Jackson still sought to remove the Native Americans. In 1838, U.S. soldiers forced 16,000 Cherokees to walk from their land in the southeast to Oklahoma.



Cherokees called it the Trail of Tears which at least 4,000 molar concentration Cherokees died of disease, exposure, and hunger.
Others however, werent as civilized as the Cherokees. Like the Seminole didnt that did not being forced to leave their land. In Florida, where the Seminole tribe was located fought the Second Seminole war between 1835 and 1842. In the end American troops forced most of the Seminoles the leave Florida. In the Midwest a chief named Black chaffer led the resistance by the Sauk and Fox nations, which was named the Black Hawks war. They fought federal troops and militia until they were crushed in 1832.
