The Voyage
Beep, Beep, Beep The sound of my alarm went on August 27th, 2011 at five thirty in the morning. My cousin-german Bree and I waking up to each other on that Saturday morning. The weekend before class started at Tennessee State University. We took our showers, brushed our teeth, lotion our bodies, and did our hair. We both sit on the same outfits, a black I Love TSU Shirt and whatsoever neat shorts with some all white Air string Ones. Once we finished with our personal hygiene we consequently liberty chited our appearance to the kitchen, where we grabbed our big bowl of fried Chicken and our 6 bottles of red Kool-Aid. I went to grab my keys and I seen that they wasnt on the deep freezer where I usually put them. protoactinium I screamed. Oh never mind I screamed as my cousin and I were laughing, I grabbed my keys out the access and me and my cousin starting packing our things in my White Honda Civic.
I took my Keys and unlocked the door for my cousin and then ran to the drivers side and got in. I started up my car and seen that I was virtually on empty. I looked at my cousin and she looked at me and said, Torri, I dont have no money to deem you, Did I ask you for your money?
No I did not so shut up, I said sarcastically. I put my car in Drive and pulled down my drive way very slowly so I could keep some type of air in my gas tank. As I pulled out my driveway into the street I drove the vivify limit to the Exxon Tiger market gas station, on Clarksville Highway. I pulled up to the gas station and went to pump seven where I turned off my car, grabbed twenty dollars out my wallet, and proceeded to the door to walk into the building.
