Do you think meditation leads to heightened sensation and perception? condone why or why not.
Yes, I do because when you be meditating you layabout enter altered states of being. I have been meditating for 2 years now and I can help repair my own body through meditation. It allows me when I have a headache to relax until it has passed. I also have plunge that it does wonders for your posture which in turn aligns your center helping you to expression better.

Have you considered integrating meditation into your own lifestyle? If so, list one strategy for fitting meditation into your schedule. If not, explain why.
I love meditating I even try to get my family into it sometimes I can get the kids to sit and meditate for 10-15 proceedings at a time which is really good for them.



I think it helps me have a clearer perceptive on things. If I am having a hard time with my homework I find if I take a break for a minute and meditate I can come tail end and focus on it with a clearer perspective.
