Personality Theory
In the article Ericksons Psychosocial Development the author states how in psychology Ericksons guess is the best known theory when aspect at soulfulnessalities (Cherry, 2010). Another author spoke of how his theory was more than focus on how a persons self and his or her quest for identity have an effect on and influenced by society (Farzaneh, 2008). Society is not the only telephone that influences his or her genius. Erickson stated that at each st long time of emergence there is an increase in conflicts because of a crisis that has form of stepwise (Chapman, 2010). With each crisis and conflict the problem has to make a finis in ordinate for person to continue to mature. In doing so one can satisfy their ego and be subject to have competence and self-confidence when moving on to the abutting stage. By not checking his or her ego develop properly may lead to the development of a kind illness or maladjustments. During these six weeks one has been discussing the different personality theories.
As one reads he or she will develop the Psychosocial Development Theory and how it influences one understands of the behaviors and personalitys society, study and how the theory influences ones position in society, and workplace in addition to his or her interactions with others.
While studying the psychosocial theory one will see that it is give rise to up of eight stages. Until the death of my parents I would say I undergo stages one through four in their exact order.
