Background:
Over the years I take on been exposed to many different concepts as to what a computer Security Policy is or more, what a Computer Security Policy should be. The Government, the part of Defense (DOD) to be exact, has its receive set of rules of how to write a policy (DODD). Moreover, within the government, bingle must follow the rules of the higher command. Mostly, the lower echelons interpret the upper echelons policy. on that point is very little room for anyone at the lower levels to misinterpret the policies. All this is well and good…especially for an organization as huge and as structured as the military.
