No matter what the change is being use for, the change has to be handled in an efficient and effective way. Change is something that we all must encounter at one succession or another in life or at work. Change is also something that we as humans resist by natural instinct. What needs to be paid attention to is to come up the change as comfortable as possible to bind resistance at a minimum. We as managers must not only be willing to change with the organization and be flexible but, we also must lead those who work with us through the change. We must see a willingness to change and show the benefits side of the change. Internal forces of changes made tin be caused by unmet needs at bottom the organization itself such as: business line dissatisfaction, absenteeism, productivity issues and suggestions made to the organization ( McGraw-Hill Learning Solutions, 2007). Management base decisions can also cause internal changes within an organization as well.

External forces that can cause changes to occur can be demographic characteristics, technological advancements market changes and social pressures. If each of these triggers are met and the need for change will arise within the organization ( McGraw-Hill Learning Solutions, 2007). There are forces all close to us that can bring about change and everyone must know how to incorporate these changes as they occur.
